(Deluxe Condo)
Unique along this coast, now there is a condo complex that offers you all of the amenities. It was completed just a few years ago, and if you need more than one condo, let us know.
There are four levels, and elevators located near the entrance from the parking lot. This particular condo is located on the first level, with a covered porch, and a view of the Gulf from the patio doors of the master bedroom, or from its balcony. And for a quick cool-off, there is a private dipping pool. Entering from the porch, the open arrangement flows from living room to dining area, with the kitchen* at the rear. Seating for 6 at the dining table.
Bedrooms: To the side is the guest bathroom, and to the front is the master bedroom with king-size bed, A/C, and a walk-through closet to the ensuite bathroom. On the south side, there are two more bedrooms, both with A/C, open closets, and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has two individual beds which can be used separately or dressed together for a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed.
Amenities: Back to the living room, there is an interior door that leads out to the elevators and stairs. On the lower level, each condo has a storage area. It´s also on this lower level that you find the game room with foosball and ping pong tables, the gymnasium with all of its equipment and flat-screen TV´s, and the large room dedicated to children, with cushions and balls and, of course, a TV. To the side of that is a large, comfortably furnished lounge area with a wet bar (more TV´s) and a billiard table.
Outside, there´s still more to attract you. The grounds are landscaped, and to the south of the pools there´s a shaded area dedicated to hammocks. If you´re ready to enjoy the beach, there are small palapas ready to provide some shade. There are outdoor showers to rinse the sand off before going into the bar, where you can bring your own coolers and enjoy the oceanfront setting.
There´s nothing else like it.
Located about 20 minutes south of Progreso, there is ample parking for the entire complex (a car...or you can arrange transportation via YVHR...is a must, unless you really like to walk).
