The beauty of living in the tropics, is that you can spend so much time outside, and this house offers a paved patio area with tropical plants, and a swimming pool.
The property is completely walled. On one side of the entrance, you have a large, 1-car garage with space for storage, and across from that, this raised planter with a small fish bowl. This entrance area is shaded by mature landscaping.
When you're ready to go inside, the sala/comedor (living room with dining area) is well furnished and homey. There's a ceiling fan as well as a pedestal fan to keep you comfortable. The dining table seats four.
To the rear, is the kitchen.
Through the arch, there's a cabinet to the left with service for 6. To the right, is a 2-burner electric stove, the sink and counter space. There's a small kitchen table, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave oven, and a blender.* The full-size refrigerator is just to the side of the arch.
To the side of the dining area, there's a pull-out sleeper sofa. Thanks to the front door and the large window overlooking the pool, this room has lots of natural lighting.
A short hallway takes you to the bedroom. Here, there's a king size bed, a large chest of drawers, and still enough room for a small sitting-area. The A/C is in this bedroom, as is the TV. Across the hallway is the bathroom.
For anyone on a budget, this house offers everything you could ask for, and the rate is great!
