Large sliding glass doors open from the balcony to the sala, or living room, which is also the room you enter from the main door. There's comfortable furniture and SKY TV (via satellite, some English-language channels), and you still have the wonderful view of the Gulf. To the side, is the dining area (seating for 6) and another sliding glass door that keeps this area well ventilated and cool, as well as light.
The new kitchen counter has stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a quick snack. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas range with oven, microwave oven, blender, coffer maker and toaster oven. Just to the rear of the kitchen, is the service room where you have a washer and dryer and a 1/2 bath, plus the storage area for cleaning supplies, etc.
Bedrooms: across the hall is the first bedroom, which has two double beds, a dressing table, ceiling fan, A/C and an open closet. Between this bedroom and the next is the guest bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed, dressing table, ceiling fan, and open closet, as well as a sliding glass door that lets in the air. At the end of the hall, is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing table, another SKY TV, A/C and a walk-thru closet on your way to the en suite. Again, sliding glass doors open to the southern balcony.
The pool is on the north side of the condos, raised above the beach so you don't have blowing sand (steps take you down to the water's edge). Off-street parking is on the south side of the complex.
Located near Chicxulub Puerto, you´re only about two kilometers west of the town park and the mercado where you can find fresh fruit and vegetables, and the collective cabs to take you into Progreso. These condos are a block or two from the major streets where you can easily find collective cabs and/or the local buses.
