Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy being on the Gulf. In this first-floor condo, you're only a few steps away from the beach and the pool. Enjoy the Gulf view from your dining area (seating for 6) and from the pass-through bar in the kitchen. To the side, is the sitting room with TV and comfortable furniture, a large window for natural light, and the side entrance door.

Located just east of Chicxulub Puerto, you´re only a few blocks from the main road and public transportation, and within easy walking distance to the nearest small stores where you can buy the basics.
