Down the hall, past the kitchen and the dining area (seating for 6), sliding glass doors open to the covered, pool-side patio.
The kitchen comes equipped with a gas range, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender and coffee maker.* There's a pantry/storage area to the rear, where there´s also a small sink for washing clothes (great for rinsing out swimsuits).
Bedrooms: On the other side of the hall, one bedroom has a double bed (ceiling fan, open closet and shelves), and a small TV (with cable). The guest bathroom is between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom, with sliding glass doors to the pool area, has a double bed (ceiling fan, open closet and shelves), en suite, and cable TV (some English language channels).
The pool area has another bathroom for easy access, as well as an outdoor shower.
This property is surrounded by a wall with a large gate at the front and enough room for 1 or 2 cars to park off-street. The patio and pool area has a large pergola for shade.
Located in an area just east of Chicxulub Puerto that is popular with the snowbirds, about 10 blocks from downtown.
