This second-floor apartment is located right on the main entrance street into Progreso.
But being in the heart of downtown isn´t the best part, because this apartment is only three blocks from the beach and the beachfront walkway (called the malecón).
And you have internet and TV.
You´re close to dining and entertainment, but if you want to cook at home, there´s a gas range with oven, a refrigerator, microwave, electric juicer and coffee maker.*
There is a breakfast bar (seating for 3) and a dining table (seating for 4). Two ceiling fans keep these rooms cool.
Going toward the bedroom, there is a short hallway with a corner planter and a skylight.
The bathroom
opens off of this hallway, and also has another door (Jack and Jill style) to the bedroom.
A 3/4 moon mirror and decorative lighting enhance the bathroom.
The large bedroom has two double beds and A/C. (By the way, this air conditioning unit can easily cool the entire apartment.)
There is a closet along the far wall, a chest of drawers,and there´s still room for a small table and an easy chair.
