With the kitchen just inside the sliding glass doors, it's convenient for pool-side entertaining, and even the cook can join in the conversation. The kitchen comes with attractive wooden cabinets, a gas range with oven, a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven and blender.*
Just to the side of the kitchen is a room which is frequently used as a gathering place or a TV room, but the sofa opens up into a bed, there´s a chest of drawers (closet, ceiling fan), and a bathroom, if you prefer to have it as a bedroom (please note that there is no hot water in this bathroom). This room also has sliding glass doors that open to the covered porch.
To the rear of these, in the entrance hall, is the guest bathroom, and then the long hallway, light and airy, that leads to the other three bedrooms. (There´s also a storage closet along this hallway.) All of these bedrooms run along the east side of the house, and have good natural light.
Bedrooms As you go down the hallway, the first bedroom has two individual beds (closet, ceiling fan). The second bedroom now has a double bed and a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside table (closet, ceiling fan), and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has varnished wood closet doors and chest of drawers, A/C, a queen size bed, and bedside tables (ceiling fan), as well as ensuite bathroom.
From the southeast corner bedroom, to the northwest corner view of the Gulf, this beach house has just the right touch, and is offered at a great rate.
Located about 20 minutes east of downtown Progreso, you´re only about half that distance to Chicxulub Puerto. If you´re on foot, there´s a walk of about 1 kilometer out to the main road where you can flag down a collective cab.
