(Oceanfront Beach House)
This three-bedroom home is great for entertaining or for relaxing. The pool and pool-side bar are just out the door on the beach side, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids and/or to entertain the adults. The covered patio is completely furnished so you can eat or lounge in comfort.
Coming in from the pool, the beautiful wooden dining table has seating for 8 (plus 4 additional chairs). Past that is the living room, and just to the rear is the serving counter and the kitchen. There you´ll find a gas range, microwave oven, toaster oven, and refrigerator (there´s a second fridge in the storage room).*
Past the kitchen is the entrance from the carport. There´s a small storage area under the staircase, and on the other side, a large storage room (and the second fridge). To the side of that is a room that can be used for a playroom or a computer room. The downstairs bathroom opens off of this room, and also, conveniently, has a door off of the living room.
Bedrooms: Upstairs, are the three bedrooms and a linen closet. The rear bedroom has two twin beds, A/C, chest of drawers, and ensuite bathroom (closet, ceiling fan). The second bedroom also has two twin beds, A/C and ensuite bathroom, as well as access to the balcony (closet, ceiling fan). The master bedroom has a king size bed, A/C, chest of drawers, (closet, ceiling fan), ensuite bathroom and access to the large balcony which is partially roofed, and offers wonderful views of the beach and the Gulf.
Located just a few minutes´ drive east of Chicxulub Puerto and about 10 minutes´ drive from downtown Progreso. There´s a carport for one car, and off-street parking for several more, but if you´re on foot, it´s only five blocks out to the main road where you can find a collective cab.
