Sliding glass doors and large windows open to the covered patio, so the living and dining areas are light and easily kept cool. Looking in from the patio door, the dining area seats 10, with the kitchen door just to the rear. The kitchen is large and comes with a gas range with oven, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender*. Two full-size refrigerators are in a small room just to the back of the kitchen, and there's the guest bathroom to the side of that. A large storage room is to the rear, and an open-air courtyard is handy for hanging clothes or towels to dry. Across from the kitchen door, is a pantry with additional plates, pots and room for storage.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom, with king size bed, is on the Gulf side, to the left as you come in from the patio. Windows overlooking the beach to the north as well as to the east, can be opened up for great Gulf breezes (closed closet, armoire, ceiling fan). This bedroom also has ensuite bathroom and a private entrance to the side. To the rear of this, the second bedroom has a king size bed (closed closet, open shelving, ceiling fan) and ensuite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms are large, and fully furnished. Across the entrance hall, behind the kitchen, are the third and fourth bedrooms, the first with two twin size beds, and the second with two double size beds (closets, ceiling fans), and a private entrance to the rear. The fourth bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms.
**There is a separate building to the rear of the property that has two rooms, each with en suite. This is available to the renters for $200 per month additional rent.
Located about 2 km west of Chicxulub Puerto and about 3 km east of Progreso. There´s off-street parking for a number of cars. If you´re on foot, walk out to the main road for a local bus or a collective cab to Chicxulub, or walk over another block for the public transportation going to Progreso.
