Enter the living room and dining area, whether you come in from the south or from the oceanfront porch. This large room has lots of windows, making it light and airy. The kitchen is to the side, with 2 stools where you can sit and keep the cook company. There's a full-size fridge, gas range with oven, microwave, blender and coffee maker,* and lots of counter space. The dining area has seating for 6, and views of the pool and the beach. Just to the side of the kitchen is the guest bathroom. (Another door from this bathroom takes you to the carport, where you find the utility room with washer and drier.)
From the living room, out the door on the Gulf side, there's the covered porch. On the right hand side you can see the door to the downstairs bedroom.
Bedrooms: This first-floor bedroom has a window looking out to the beach, and also has a door that opens from the carport. There's A/C, ceiling fan, closet and en suite. Out along the porch, there are loungers and chairs to enjoy the tropics and your beach view. Back in the house, the other two bedrooms are upstairs. Both the guest and the master bedrooms have access to the balcony, A/C, ceiling fans, and en suites. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet.
Outside, and near the entrance to the property, there is a separate cottage. This has a small kitchen, and two individual beds, A/C, ceiling fan, an open closet, and bathroom.
Located near Telchac Puerto, this home is on a side road (unpaved) so it's very quiet.
