Large rooms and lots of light, which means there's also a nice breeze going through if you open up the windows. (Please note that air conditioning, cable TV and/or wifi are all available for long-term renters, but are not currently installed.) The sala can easily be arranged for visiting or for watching TV. In typical beach house design, this room opens to the dining area (seating for 4). Both of these rooms have windows looking out to the pool and covered carport.
Looking to the rear of the house, the tiled counter offers more seating, or a convenient serving area from the kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas range and oven, blender and coffee maker,* and is well-lit by a side door. Step back into the sala and the pool invites you to take a break from cooking. On the north side of the house is the large bedroom. Large enough for a king size bed on one side and a double bed on the other side, along with a dressing table, bedside table, and TV stand. There's an open closet and two ceiling fans. Just to the side of the bedroom is the bathroom.
This property is on the corner of a small cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a wall with a large gate at the front . Out the gate and to the corner of the street, you can see the Gulf, just over two blocks away.
Located in an area just east of Chicxulub Puerto that is popular with the snowbirds, about 10 blocks from downtown, but much closer to some small stores that sell the basics.
