   The second row location gives you protection from the winter winds, so you can enjoy being out-of-doors, but when you do decide to go inside, the rooms are thoughtfully furnished and decorated.  There's seating for eight at the dining room table, with a convenient pass-through counter for service from the kitchen.

   There's room for a small table, in the kitchen, which comes equipped with gas range and oven,  full-size refrigerator, microwave oven and blender.

   Across from the kitchen is the door to the large bedroom that's in this main house.  This room has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, lots of windows and A/C.  

   Then it's outside to the swimming pool, and to the side of that, a hammock area, a couple of different seating areas, and the guest bathroom.  To the rear of the lot, is a volleyball court.

   On the other side of the lot, just to the rear of the main house, are the other two bedrooms.  The first one has a double bed and room for a sofa (as well as hammocks), A/C and closet space on the way through to the ensuite bathroom. 

   And then there's the master suite...large and comfortable, with sliding glass doors to the covered patio that gives it a spacious feeling, and sliding glass doors to poolside that gives it plenty of light.  The bed is on one level with the bathroom and closet, then down a step to the sitting area with Dish TV.  Along with ceiling fans and A/C, you don't just have a bedroom, you have another living area.

   Located east of Chicxulub Puerto, approximately 1.5 km from downtown (although there are many small stores that are closer, where they sell the basics).  Off-street parking, or for those on foot, it's only a few blocks to the main road where you can flag down a collective cab.
