These condos are in Uaymitun, one of the most popular areas for snowbirds and locals alike.  Close to the flamingo viewing tower, and only minutes away from Progreso.

 

 

 

 

The condo itself is on the ground level, with easy access to the swimming pool and the beach, and close to the parking area.

   Coming in the sliding glass door from the patio, the sala is comfortably furnished, and has satellite TV as well as a DVD...and of course you enjoy the same view of the Gulf, here, as you do from the patio.  The dining room seats 8, and just to the side is the kitchen, with a pass-through counter for easy serving.  Ceiling fans in these rooms help stir the Gulf breezes to keep this area cool.
   The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas range with four burners, microwave oven, toaster oven, and coffee maker.  The counter tops are marble, and there's plenty of room for your groceries in the wooden cabinets and pantry.  Especially convenient is the water pump, so your bottle of purified water is tucked out of sight, and your water is dispensed over the counter.  Just behind the kitchen is a storage area and the service room with its own bathroom.

   Bedrooms:  down the hall from the dining room, the first bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed.  There's A/C, and an open closet (ceiling fan).  Just down the hall is the guest bathroom, and next to that, the master bedroom with a king size bed, A/C, and ensuite bathroom (ceiling fan, open closet).  The third bedroom also has one double bed and one twin size, A/C, and an open closet (ceiling fan).  This bedroom also has a private entrance door that opens to the parking area to the south.

   Located in Uaymitun, you´re on the route of the collective cabs that can take you into Chicxulub Puerto (5 minutes) or Progreso (10 minutes)...and remember you can arrange transportation via YVHR.  If you have your own car, there's ample parking to the rear of the complex.
