(Ideal Oceanfront)

   We´re sure that you´ll be spending your time out by the pool, but when you do come in, there is a sala, or living room, to the side and the dining area is right there with seating for six, plus two stools at the breakfast bar, and ocean views as well as windows looking out to the veranda and pool area.

   The kitchen has been updated with new counter tops, and comes equipped with gas range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender and coffee maker*.  There are plenty of cabinets as well as a pantry.  Plus, you have a view of the Gulf while you´re at the kitchen sink.  

   On the opposite side of the house, the door to the south is just off of the sala, and opens to the large lot in back, which is lined by sea pines and coconut palms.  The sala is large, with the guest bathroom to the side, and there´s also a closet (handy
for suitcases).  There´s rattan furniture and a TV with Dish (some English-language stations).

   Bedrooms:  Passing through the sala, you´ll find the downstairs bedroom.  If you would like, move the TV into this bedroom and hook it up for Dish there.  This bedroom also enjoys Gulf views, and has two individual beds, a nightstand, a chest of drawers (closet and ceiling fan), and ensuite bathroom complete with bidet.    Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dressing table, TV with Dish, and A/C.  If you prefer the Gulf breezes, there are lots of screened windows.  Here agan is an ensuite bathroom with bidet, and a walk-in closet which is tiled.  But best of all, there´s access to a “private” balcony that looks over the pool area, and on out to the beach and the Gulf.  The third bedroom has a king size bed with night stands, A/C, (closet, ceiling fan), a small chest of drawers, ensuite bathroom, and the hook up for Dish if you prefer to have theTV in this bedroom.  You can also have a telephone in this room.  There are large, screened windows that, again, open to the views and breezes of the Gulf, but this bedroom also has acess to a large southern balcony with a view of the pool area and the Gulf from the balcony´s east end.  

   Located less than 10 km. east of Progreso, so about 2 km. east of Chicxulub Puerto. There is ample off-street parking, but if
you´re on foot, the main road is only about a 6-block walk, and there you can catch a collective cab into town.
